Dr. Muthualakshmi is astute counsellor, trainer in building life skills for early adolescent children and parents and soft skill trainer for young adults. She is also founder of a Human Capital data Science Company called Yeta Solutions that focuses on tapping the innate capabilities of individuals and organizations. Thus, focusing on their holistic transformation.    

She has over 16 years of experience in the field of Psychology and Social Work. Over the years, she has been associated with multiple NGOs working in the area of de-addiction, developing intellectually challenged children and in educating underprivileged street children.
