He holds a Master’s degree in Social Work (Community Development) from Mangalore University, Karnataka. He has been an integral part of Need Base India’s journey. He plays a key role as Senior Manager for Programs in raising awareness about NBI’s initiatives and addressing critical social issues. Mahadev also oversees programs,, recruitment and leads capacity-building initiatives, ensuring a skilled and motivated team driving the organization’s mission forward.
