Neel Sinha
Neel Sinha is an accomplished Sales and Marketing professional with nearly 30 years of experience. He is the founder and CEO of multiple ventures, including nFaktor, a business consulting organization with offices in India and Singapore; MyLoc, a location tagging company; and Norman and Ozi, a business cartoon publication. As an alumnus of IIMC and an engineering graduate, Neel is currently pursuing Doctoral Research in AI and B2B Marketing at the Swiss School of Business Management. His passion for social causes and modern marketing expertise makes him a key contributor to NBI’s mission to expand its impact. As an advisory board member, Neel provides strategic guidance and support to enhance NBI’s programs. Committed to creating a positive impact, he collaborates with NBI’s leadership to improve the lives of children and families in need.
Dr. Lilly Pushpa
Dr. Lilly Pushpa is a dedicated Social Work Professional with 19 years of experience in childcare and protection. She has served as a former member of the Child Welfare Committee (CWC) in the Udupi district and has been actively associated with the Resource and Development Centre on Child Rights in Mangalore. Currently, Dr. Pushpa works as a Counsellor and Psychosocial Supporter, providing guidance to children, youth, women, and parents. She is also a skilled Trainer specializing in Child Rights and Child Protection, empowering all stakeholders involved in child protection initiatives. In addition to her extensive professional achievements, Dr. Pushpa is pursuing a Ph.D. in Child Rights at Bharathidasan University, Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu, further strengthening her commitment to advancing this critical field.
Adv. Saba Syed
Adv. Syeda Saba is a dedicated legal professional with a passion for making the law accessible to all. She is associated with the Alternative Law Forum, where she focuses on innovative approaches to lawyering to ensure justice for marginalized communities. Her core areas of expertise include advocating for the rights of women and children. In addition to representing marginalized individuals in court, Adv. Saba conducts legal awareness workshops and training sessions on laws related to women and children, empowering communities with knowledge of their rights and protections. Adv. Saba’s commitment to social justice brought her to Need Base India (NBI), where she has conducted impactful legal awareness sessions for children and youth. Her collaboration with NBI has been a meaningful experience, reinforcing her dedication to uplifting and educating vulnerable populations.
Nawaz Ahmed
Nawaz Ahmed is an accomplished journalist with extensive experience in the Kannada mass media industry. A graduate of Mangalore University, he also holds a diploma in Creative Journalism, “Archaeology of Media,” from Baduku Community College. Nawaz began his journalism career with Kasturi News-24 and later worked as a Bulletin Producer for Raj News Kannada. He spent eight years as a Senior Bulletin Producer at TV9 Kannada, amassing a total of 13 years of professional experience in the field of journalism. Beyond his professional achievements, Nawaz is deeply committed to empowering underprivileged youth. As part of a creative journalism course, he has conducted sessions on copy editing, scriptwriting, photography, videography, and technical skills using various editing software. His dedication to mentoring and skill-building reflects his passion for fostering the next generation of storytellers and media professionals.
Reshma Reddy
Reshma Reddy, works as a Relationship Manager at iVolunteer, heading the Karnataka branch. A recipient of multiple accolades, including the Karnataka Women Achiever Award 2019 and Indian Fashion Youth Icon Women Achiever Award 2019 for excellence in social service, she has made significant contributions across diverse sectors. Reshma actively serves as a core team member and advisor for 9+ NGOs. Her work spans the disability sector, child welfare, senior citizens, transgenders, animal rescue, environmental advocacy, and emergency response. During crises like the COVID-19 pandemic, she led initiatives with 2500+ volunteers, benefiting over 8000 individuals through medical, food, and resource support. Reshma also aids NGOs in fundraising, social media, volunteer management, and workshops, exemplifying her dedication to driving impactful social change.

Prof. Krishnan also mentors health-tech startups and academic bodies across India, Europe, and the U.S. and holds several pending global patents in various sectors.
