The first residential home was established for girls, which was in 2011 at Jalahalli, Bengaluru, and is called ‘Rainbow Home’. Since then, the program has extended to seven more residential homes in Bengaluru. Currently, around 546 children in 10 homes (5 for boys and 5 for girls), in Bengaluru, Karnataka are being run under this program. In short, we are a larger family with our children, staff, and volunteers who together strive to transform lives for the better.

Need Base India is an initiative to transform lives and render the children the lives they deserve. Our journey with children has been a fulfilling one as they are rehabilitated, empowered with education, and imbibed with confidence to face the world and contribute positively. We ensure that the children forget their past and are endowed with a quality lifestyle, healthcare facilities, and a positive environment to be privileged enough to create a future of their choice.
